Acrylic cuts like butter on the laser and engraves beautifully. The example below is a custom sized, colored peg board created for use in a kitchen. Acrylic is used for sign-making, business displays, and trophy creation.
Blue Peg Board
A customer wanted to hang utensils on the wall in a small space. We worked to design this custom size blue peg board.
First Sheet
The grid for pegs was designed in Lightburn. The laser did a beautiful job of cutting out all the tiny holes.
Acrylic Kerf Test
Snuggly fit, but not too snuffly so the pegs don't fall out! Performed a kerf test on test sheet to find just the right size.

The customer provided a pic of the peg board in action. Just in time cooking utensils.
